I have just walked through the house and wanted to write you personally because I think that everyone has done a fantastic job. Everything looks really nice and I noticed that when a kitchen cupboard door got scratched, the cupboard door was replaced which was really nice 🙂 Thanks again for the amazing progress on the house.

Philip Botsaris is a highly professional gentleman I did come across in 2002. If you go with Philips advice you will never go wrong.

Just wanted to say that I received really good feedback from my mum, sister and cousin during selections about your inclusions and recommended colour schemes. They were really impressed with the quality of inclusions saying that it’s not common to have the quality I’m getting. At selections we were told you are one of her top builders – good job.

Just thought I’d drop a line to say that the townhouse is looking awesome. Can I just say it’s like getting Christmas presents every time I go past.. something new has been done. One of my friends who is building with another builder, is extremely jealous of the quality of fittings etc.. that you have allowed.. All I could do was laugh (nicely of course).
